Analysis
& Scope
The analysis phase is all about setting up the project for success. First, we, together with Business, define a scope. Understand the design Business challenges, and come up with hypothesis.
Market
Research
The Research phase involves benchmarking, prototyping and A/B trials. During this phase, we want to test hypotheses before we build them.
Specification
Phase
The specification phase is an important step that helps our cross-functional teams focus on the exact construct needed to solve your equation.
Production
Phase
The production phase is the point at which our market knowledge and design hypotheses, specified in specs, come together. In this phase, we will schedule content plan, create screens and templates, involve graphic designers and marketers, as well as an army of various types of programmers, both front- and back-end, system programmers, architects and analysts, integrators and QA engineers.
Evaluation
Testing Phase
The evaluation phase involves testing the project against the original specification. We use best quality assurance (QA) practices, functional, manual, regression and acceptance testing, and further analysis to see how the product is performing in a range of the technical environments.
We use our dedicated & third-party testing environments to test out the majority of test cases, bundled in so called test suites.
Multi-threaded testing on different operating systems and browsers.
We will stress-test your application under variable serious loads, be it mobile/desktop users, or database loads, as well as varying computing power or limiting memory cache thresholds.
We do proper technical audit both on existing and our own projects on demand, with white hat hackers, available for thorough testing the most complex target.
